REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy has been created to define the circumstances in which SEMUPS will provide a refund, the mechanism for ensuring a refund, and SEMUPS's responsibility in such instances. By signing up for one of our services, you declare that you understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Refund Policy.

SCOPE AND INCLUSION

Our Refund Policy applies to refunds made by SEMUPS or a site claimed and managed by SEMUPS, a creative computerised office in India.

This agreement does not apply to companies that are not owned or controlled by SEMUPS, or to employees who are not employed or supervised by SEMUPS. This includes any outside help and/or item suppliers who are bound by contract, as well as any external sites with whom SEMUPS's site interacts.

RECORDING OF COMPLAINT

At SEMUPS, an innovative advanced organisation based in India, we approach each project with the end goal in mind. It is both our and the client's responsibility. As a result, we acknowledge that every effort should be done to arrive at a completely worthwhile response if there should arise any condition where discontent with administrations occurs. That refund should only be considered when things are completely out of control.

Our final aim is to go to a mutually beneficial settlement. And, after all is said and done, if you are not satisfied for any reason and are considering requesting a refund, it is our request that you take a few minutes to contact us at [email protected] for a last discussion before requesting a refund.

Should we be unable to reach a shared belief with you following discussions, a return guarantee will be recorded.

QUALIFICATION FOR REFUND

Each assignment is vital to us at SEMUPS, an innovative computerised firm in India, and we make sure that we manage each one with the utmost care and polished skill. Our goal is to determine the results based on the terms and conditions of the proposition. Regardless, if the customer is dissatisfied with the results and chooses to pursue the debate target measure, we examine refund requests in accordance with the following method, which clearly records our administrations and Refund Policy associated with each assistance:

Full Refund: If the project hasn't started or the underlying plan style hasn't been approved, you'll get a full refund. After receiving the upfront instalment date, the Full Refund method will begin and will take 180 days to complete.

If we are unable to provide according to our delivery strategy after the underlying plan style has been approved, we will issue a partial refund. The fractional refund will be based on the amount of work completed.

Non Refund: If the project has been completed and transferred to the worker, there will be no refunds.

PERTINENCE OF THE DELIVERY POLICY

NOTE: SEMUPS's conveyance responsibility is contingent on:

A venture isn't considered void unless the agreed-upon payments are paid in full.

If the necessary information for a successful completion of the project is not provided to us at the right time, the refund policy is not applicable. It cannot be blamed on SEMUPS if the initiative is delayed or fails to materialise due to improper correspondence from the consumer.

SEMUPS is not bound to fulfil its delivery or refund responsibilities if the information provided by the customer is incomplete or if complete information about the project is not provided at the start of the project.

Until and unless there is an understanding signed with a punishment statement for conveyance delay, there is no arrangement for payment for postponement of conveyance under any conditions.

RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY

Believe Gyro danger is limited by the value of the job component (according to our hypothesis) that remains insufficient at any given time. SEMUPS is not liable for calamities caused by administrations provided/not provided, or delays in the same at any moment. PREPARING OF REFUNDS

Incomplete refunds will be processed and issued within 180 working days of the date of withdrawal, and will be made using the payment method chosen at the start of the project, i.e. refund by money order or refund by Visa.

Furthermore, complete refunds will be processed and issued within 50 working days of the date of withdrawal, and will be made using the payment method chosen at the commencement of the project, i.e. refund by money order or refund by Visa.
